Key Repsonsibilities
  • To conduct the letting of the apartments, following up enquiries, conducting viewings and converting leads into lets.
  • To be responsible for renewals, negotiating rents and renewing tenancies.
  • To provide administrative support to ensure all applications, identity documents, verification, referencing, and regulatory returns are completed accurately and efficiently utilising business systems and processes
  • Liaison with the residents on a day-to-day basis, relating to check in and departure, wellbeing and behaviour, events management, general communications with residents, ad-hoc and monthly reporting and attendance at meetings when required.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience as a community host, leasing assistant, or in resident services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a diverse range of people
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • A customer-focused mindset and a genuine care for the property, staff, and residents
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in lettings and sales, an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A hunger for achievement and a desire to advance within the business
