My client is looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Architectural Technologist to join their friendly and dynamic team in Stockport. This RIBA-chartered, award-winning practice has a diverse portfolio, including projects in Commercial, Education, Residential and Healthcare sectors. They are excited to bring on board an experienced Architectural Technologist to contribute to their innovative and forward-thinking designs.
The ideal Senior Architectural Technologist will have extensive post-qualification experience, particularly in delivering Education projects across all RIBA stages. You should demonstrate strong technical expertise, a creative design flair, and excellent proficiency in Revit.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
- Significant post qualification experience in a UK based practice
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Previous work on Education projects is essential
- Produce technical drawings, specification and constructive documents
- Ensure compliance with building relations, standards and industry best practices
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of staff
- Coordinate with clients, external consultants and internal team members
- Collaborate with the wider team to create exceptional design concepts
- Must live within a commutable distance of Stockport
- Revit knowledge is essential
