I'm looking to speak with experienced Design Managers and or Assistant Design Managers who may be looking to step up, to join a fast expanding main contractor based in Stockport.
My client are predominately involved in the residential sector, with a new build apartment project due to commence in January 2025. However, they are also tendering in various other sectors such as retail - therefore, would consider candidates from different backgrounds.
This is a great opportunity to join a business who has recently received a large financial investment and have huge growth plans for 2025 and beyond. The salary on offer is up to £60K (DOE) + Car Allowance/Package and a healthy pension contribution - interviews will take place effective immediately.
