RG Consultancy are working with a fantastic fast growing healthcare business in Stockport who have a vacancy for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant. This role has come around due to growth, you will work within a medium finance team along with other Purchase Ledger Assistants and report back to the Management Accountant. The role is to support with fast paced high-volume invoices and purchase ledger duties.

The Role
- Management and ownership of end-to-end purchase ledger
- Processing supplier invoices onto SAGE 50
- Matching invoices to PO's
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Monthly and bi- weekly payment runs
- Process expenses
- Assist with bank reconciliations, accruals and prepayments
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
The Person
- An AAT qualification or studying would be an advantage
- A good understanding of Purchase Ledger process, end to end.
- Worked within an accounts/finance office is essential
- Use of SAGE 50 desirable
