Strategic Marcomms Specialist

Stockport- 3 days office/2 days home

£45,000 - £49,000 + benefits

Pitch is thrilled to be working with this powerhouse of a business based in Stockport as they look to recruit a strategic communications specialist.

Working as a key part of the marketing communications team within this global organisation, you’ll be a skilled integrated marcomms manager who has ideally worked within a brand and communications agency and who has led and designed marcomms strategies for brand engagement, reputation management, product marketing and lead generation, with an element of internal comms expertise too!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working closely with the campaign team, agencies and internal stakeholders, to scope out messaging and key communications pieces as required to meet business objectives.
  • Designing a comms strategy across all touchpoints including PR, events, advertising, social media, web, email.
  • Delivering thought-leadership pieces and building brand reputation across a broad community audience.
  • Lead on key strategic priorities, working directly with key customers and the wider community on sustainability and educational projects.
  • Support on social media strategy to raise the profile of key people and initiatives within the business.

Experience needed:

  • Ideally degree educated or similar in a relevant subject.
  • Integrated communications experience across offline and digital.
  • Experience of creating strategic communication plans.
  • Preferably a background within a marketing agency where you have supported with strategy development for marcomms and brand campaigns.
  • Preferably B2B experience.
  • Experience within the agriculture sector, or any business that supplies to agriculture would be beneficial.
