Role - Facilities CoordinatorLocation- StockportSalary- £30kYour role as Facilities Coordinator:Our client are a multi-let property company who own and operate a diversified portfolio of purpose built multi-let properties across the UK.They have offices in London and Stockport, and own and manage more than 100 industrial estates which are home to over 1,500 customers. As a result of growth, they now have a new opportunity available for a Facilities Coordinator based from their Stockport office.The role will report into the Head of FM and you will provide administration and secretarial support to the Facilities Management (FM) team to enable them to execute the Company's strategy and business plan.Your duties and responsibilities as Facilities Coordinator:

  • Maintain company risk system and liaise with suppliers to ensure compliance.
  • Send letters to suppliers and tenants in respect to requirements under contract / lease.
  • Update tenant notes in CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system.
  • Prepare, send and ensure all FM teams are fully aware of Health and Safety bulletins.
  • Arranging training for FM teams and monitoring / updating records and files.
  • Assist with undertaking property inspections locally and recording actions.
  • To provide regular reports to the line manager on all aspects of property performance, existing risks and viable, robust solutions.
  • To ensure the collection of accurate and relevant data relating to performance of contractors and provision of analysis as and when required.
  • Assist in the provision of regular business case proposals for any CAPEX works or service chargeable projects.
  • Undertake regular helpdesk reports and ensure the data held is accurate.
  • Run service charge / budget variance reports and assist with the FM team on accurate reporting.
  • Maintain accurate billing data and ensure all fees are recovered where relevant.
  • Raise ad-hoc and project fee invoices.

To be successful in your role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience using CAFM systems
  • Understanding of FM and maintenance
  • Property experience and knowledge would be desirable
