Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Cheadle Heath, Stockport

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent 

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5.30 pm (Will accept part time candidates)

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a customer sales database, including existing, lapsed, and new prospect accounts.
  • Achieve daily sales call targets and convert a required number of calls to orders.
  • Identify new products, including pricing, margin, and competitor analysis.
  • Generate sales through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Produce monthly reports, including margin, stock, and sales analysis.
  • Answer customer queries via email and telephone regarding orders and product information.
  • Process customer orders using our fully integrated order processing and stock system.
  • Participate in business development projects.
  • Liaise with pickers regarding orders and stock discrepancies.
