Are you a dynamic leader with a knack for business growth? We are working with Drain Doctor who is looking for aRegional Development Managerto spearhead their expansion in the UK. Drain Doctor is a market-leading national provider of emergency and planned drainage services through a franchised network of over 30 regional offices and 60 locations, and forms a key brand within Neighbourly, a values-guided world-leader of franchise brands focused on repairing, maintaining and enhancing customers homes and businesses.


The successful Regional Manager will shape and grow new territories, manage day-to-day operations, and drive customer acquisition for our established premium brand.


The ideal candidate will be Stockport based with local travel as and when is required.

On offer is £60,000-£70,000 + benefits.


What Youll Do:

  • Launch and expand new territories, hiring and managing teams, and driving strategic growth.
  • Maximise sales opportunities and increase brand awareness within your region.
  • Lead daily operations and ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
  • Build relationships, manage technicians, and drive operational excellence.
  • Prepare and position the business for future sale, maximising its value.

  • Proven commercial skills within the drainage and plumbing sector.
