Residential Conveyancer - Stockport
TSR Legal is proud to partner with a prominent national law firm in Stockport, seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their well-established and dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a varied caseload, provide expert legal advice to clients, and collaborate on more complex matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of Residential Conveyancing, maintaining a high standard of due diligence throughout property transactions.
- Manage a wide range of property matters, including leaseholds, freeholds, registered and unregistered properties, as well as sales, purchases, re-mortgages, new builds, right to buy, help to buy, shared ownership, lease extensions, and deeds of variation.
- Consistently meet time and billing targets.
- Efficiently manage a diverse caseload, ensuring files are meticulously maintained and progressed in a timely manner.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering exceptional client care aligned with the firm's values.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless departmental operations and contribute to broader client projects.
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a full caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
