This role offers comprehensive training and a clear path for career progression.Ideal Candidate:
  • Experienced residential property paralegal or conveyancing assistant.
  • Exposure to supporting or managing a small caseload.
Responsibilities:
  • Input data onto a case management system.
  • Log and action mail and documents; verify client ID.
  • Provide guidance to clients and update them regularly.
  • Liaise with lenders, brokers, solicitors, and other third parties.
  • Handle case enquiries via phone and email; maintain detailed notes.
  • Follow task lists and action prompts.
  • Check and assess legal information and documents.
  • Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
  • Chase third parties for signed documents.
  • Complete searches and report findings to clients.
  • Prepare transfer documents, letters, and invoices.
  • Ensure all documents are ready for exchange/completion.
  • General filing and administration; ensure policy compliance.
