About The RoleTeam – Leadership DevelopmentWorking Pattern - Part Time - 3 or 4 days a week per week in the Vitality Stockport Office.We are happy to discuss flexible working!What this role is all about:To deliver exceptional onboarding, leadership and human skills learning across the business to liberate the best in our people, enable them to perform exceptionally in their contribution to our business, and embed our values at the heart of their interactions with others. Key Actions
  • Deliver company Welcome Days to new employees at all levels, connecting new joiners with our core purpose, values and culture from the outset.
  • Facilitate leadership and human skills development programmes, leveraging the latest thinking in learning & development to deliver optimum results in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Support with the design of learning experiences that land powerfully and create the shifts in skill set and mind set required to deliver the long-standing behaviour change and performance improvements.
  • Proactively look for new and engaging methods to deliver leadership and human skills learning, often challenging conventional approaches in the pursuit of new and better ways.
  • Collaborate with the wider Leadership Development team on key projects or activity that has a leadership, human skills or cultural development aspect to help shape and align the outputs to our central ethos of leadership and human skills.
  • Deliver core purpose and values based interventions that help our people to connect and engage with our organisations culture, enabling them to perform successfully in the vitality environment and context.
What do you need to thrive?
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a training or teaching-related role.
  • Strong facilitation skills – facilitating learning from group dialogue.
  • Experience of virtual delivery using Teams/Zoom.
  • Experienced in coaching in a 1-2-1 scenario.
  • Experience in helping people in customer-facing and/or specialist, professional level roles to develop their general or role specific soft skills.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, changing environment, taking ownership and working on own initiative, and managing multiple priorities to tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge and experience of principles and practice of adult learning.
  • Must have minimum of C grade in GCSE English/English Language.
  • IT literate, with an eye for design and layout of materials and presentations.
