This dynamic role involves providing an efficient and responsive regional training coordination and administration service within our busy Learning & Development department. The successful candidate will support, advise, and coach Training Administrators at regional training hubs, ensuring high-quality training for all employees. Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate regional training sessions across multiple sites.
  • Assist in preparing and implementing regional training calendars.
  • Prepare monthly reports, monitor attendance, and review feedback.
  • Coordinate and source trainers to meet national training requirements.
  • Audit regional training offices to ensure they have necessary equipment.
  • Travel to regional sites to meet with managers and senior staff.
  • Conduct annual surveys to evaluate training programme engagement.
  • Service Development:
  • Promote staff development and training initiatives.
  • Develop monitoring and evaluation procedures.

Administrative Duties:

  • Book staff on training courses and maintain the training database.
  • Support regional trainers in preparing and maintaining course materials.
  • Ensure standardisation of training delivery across all regions.
