But you certainly won't be twiddling your thumbs - in fact, the business is looking to shift mindset from reactive to proactive. Which is why in the next 12 months you'll be able to take on projects such as highlighting credit risk to the Directors and analysing customer payment timeframes.
All information that is critical now that the business has tripled headcount and grown its customer portfolio incredibly in the last 5 years.
