On behalf of our client school, Tradewind would like to present you with a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the progress and attainment of pupils in Year 1 on a part-time basis.
Where: Bramhall, Stockport
Shift Pattern: September 2024, part-time (Monday full day and afternoons only Tues - Fri)
Class: Year 1

Year 1 Teaching AssistantThe successful TA will be responsible for the progress and attainment of a high achieving Year 1 pupil on a 1:1 basis.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Assisting teachers in lesson delivery, classroom management, and fostering a positive learning environment
- Providing individualised support to pupils facing learning challenges to ensure comprehension of the curriculum
- Aiding in the preparation of teaching materials and organising resources for lessons
- Establishing positive relationships with all pupils based on trust and mutual respect
- Collaborating effectively with the key stage and wider staff to share advice, resources, and best practices
