What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Map out current (‘as-is’) and future (‘to-be’) business processes.
- Create detailed functional requirements, business requirement documents, use cases, and user stories.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business transition processes.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process design, and technical documentation.
- Strong knowledge of structured analysis methodologies, BPMN, and MS tools (including MS Project).
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project environments.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical and product management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, from executives to developers.
Desirable (But Not Essential):
- Experience with process automation and finance project implementations.
- Previous work within a Group environment.
