Description
The duties include:
- Team Management including monthly 1 to 1's, target setting, performance management and work allocation
- Production of KPI's, develop this to a more automated process and reports for FC
- New Account Application and Onboarding of New Suppliers
- Supplier account maintenance with credit limits, up to date terms and alld etails are correct
- Weekly reporting on Supplier Utilisation to be sent to Operations Management Team andFC
- Including any overall challenges from the supplier regarding ongoing disputes
- Highlighting any potential credit limit issues identified from KPI reporting
- Management of tasks and cases in line with SLA's.
- Proactive escalation point for Supplier disputes and/or Supplier Financial Relationships
- Accounts Email Inbox Management
- Delivery of Monthly report delivered to FC & Director on
Profile
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience working in a similar role - Essential
- Have a proven track record of leading a team - Essential
- Be highly organised with a strong attention to detail - Essential
- Have excellent communication skills at all levels - Essential
- Be have a mindset of continuous improvements - Desirable
