Your new companyYour new company is a rapidly growing tech business based near Stockport. Due to this exciting time of growth, they are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to join their team. Your new roleIn your new job, you will report to the Finance Director, and be responsible for producing end-to-end management accounts. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, providing accurate and efficient financial information as well as getting involved in various continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing internal controls, balance sheet reconciliations, local statutory accounts, month-end processes, and financial reporting practices.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will hold a finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), ideally having trained in Practice and looking for your first move into Industry. You will need strong organisational and project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. You should have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
