Description
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business performance.
- Provide commercial insights and recommendations to influence key business decisions.
- Produce accurate financial reports and forecasts.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment of financial strategies with business objectives.
- Identify and manage financial risks.
- Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators.
- Participate in projects to improve financial processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Job Offer
