I am working alongside a global manufacturing company based in the Manchester area who are looking to add a Payroll Manager to their established team. They are going through vast rapid growth and are looking for an experienced candidate in payroll mainly and other industries to support the wider departments in their growth.

Key Duties/Tasks:

  • Technical skills: relevant payroll systems preferred & strong excel/written & verbal skills
  • Support the busy payroll department
  • Fast paced payroll with strict deadlines
  • Provide comprehensive advice to employees in relation to payroll queries.
  • Manual calculations
  • Some HR Administrative duties
  • Good attention to detail is essential
  • Finance responsibilities are key to supporting the wider finance team
  • Sole Payroll position with support of the finance team

Normal working hours are 37.5 hours per week, 08.30 to 16:30pm with possible flexitime option and hour break. Shifts can start as early at 7.30am.
