Job Title: Commercial Insurance Account Handler Location: Manchester Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance renewals, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Handle mid-term adjustments efficiently, maintaining policy accuracy and client satisfaction
- Nurture and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service
- Negotiate favourable terms with insurers for policy renewals and adjustments
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide tailored insurance advice to clients
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client base
- Contribute to new business growth by supporting sales initiatives and occasionally handling new client onboarding
- Resolve client queries and issues promptly, maintaining high standards of customer service
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial insurance broking
- Proficient in MS Office (knowledge of insurance software beneficial)
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
