Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting for a Qualified KS1 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Stockport. This OFSTED-rated GOOD school is looking for a passionate teacher with strong classroom management skills and a commitment to nurturing young learners.

Role Details:

Location: Stockport
Position: KS1 Teacher
Type of work: Long-term
Start date: September 2024
Duration: Two terms (with potential for extension)
Contract type: Full-time
Working hours: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Pay: Paid to scale (GBP140+ per day)

Requirements:

Qualifications: Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience: Previous teaching experience in a UK primary school, preferably in KS1
Safeguarding: Up-to-date safeguarding training is desirable (training can be provided)
Compliance: Must have the right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
References: Two professional, child-related references required
