On behalf of our client H9 Human Resources are seeking a dynamic and people-focused HR Advisor to join their team on a fixed-term contract. What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert advice on ER cases, guiding managers through complex situations and ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Lead and support strategic EDI projects to enhance workplace culture and promote diversity and inclusion.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Ensure best practices in compliance with employment law, policies, and HR procedures.
- Identify trends and provide proactive HR solutions to improve employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
What You Bring:
- Proven HR experience at an advisory or business partner level.
- Strong ER expertise with a hands-on approach and the ability to manage complex cases.
- Passion for EDI and creating an inclusive, engaging work environment.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience, with a continuous learning mindset.
Offering a salary of up to £37,500pa, this role is covering Maternity Leave on a fixed term contract.
