On behalf of our client H9 Human Resources are seeking a dynamic and people-focused HR Advisor to join their team on a fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a new level in your career, balancing high-volume employee relations with meaningful HR projects, particularly in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI).

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide expert advice on ER cases, guiding managers through complex situations and ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
  • Lead and support strategic EDI projects to enhance workplace culture and promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Ensure best practices in compliance with employment law, policies, and HR procedures.
  • Identify trends and provide proactive HR solutions to improve employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.

What You Bring:

  • Proven HR experience at an advisory or business partner level.
  • Strong ER expertise with a hands-on approach and the ability to manage complex cases.
  • Passion for EDI and creating an inclusive, engaging work environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience, with a continuous learning mindset.

Offering a salary of up to £37,500pa, this role is covering Maternity Leave on a fixed term contract.
