Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Subcontractor Payments Team
- Support and mentor a team of administrators
- Ensure accurate processing of subcontractor certificates and payments
- Investigate and resolve complex payment issues
- Strengthen relationships with subcontractors and internal stakeholders
- Streamline processes and assess system improvements
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing
