Certain Advantage is hiring for a Legal Team Manager based in South Manchester.

The Role:

This role is for a dynamic Legal Team Manager, someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You'll be results-orientated and driven to succeed.

You'll be managing a team of circa 10+ and reporting to a Senior Manager and be responsible for:

  • Lead and manage the Legal Property Finance Team, ensuring high productivity and excellent client service.
  • Address client/service queries and complaints, following internal procedures.
  • Manage partner SLAs and build strong cross-business relationships.
  • Develop and support the team through coaching, performance management, and recruitment.
  • Monitor team performance, resource planning, and ensure compliance with company policies.
