Description
- Develop and execute production schedules in line with company goals.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth operation of production processes.
- Identify and address any production issues, implementing corrective measures where necessary.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to manage resources effectively.
- Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning sessions.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
Profile
A successful Production Planner should have:
- Excellent admin skills
- Educatede to degree level
- Experience in a supply chain environment is ideal but not essential
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in IT.
- Confident with presenting morning meetings
- Must be ready to work 5 days a week in the office - no hybrid!
