One of the UK'S leading building contractors has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join their North West business.

Reporting into a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating with project stakeholders, managing resources, and enforcing safety protocols to create a safe and productive work environment.

The first project is likely to be a Healthcare Project in Stockport.

Experience and skills required:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager working for Main Contractors
  • Experience of successfully delivering Healthcare projects
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using Asta Power Project is desirable
