The client is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide assistance in the marine, energy, and industrial sectors.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of mechanical or electro-mechanical systems and experience in a similar role.
The position is permanent, offering a salary dependent on experience, with a work schedule of 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
After the training period, employees can work up to 2 days from home each week.
The role requires the ability to read engineering drawings and create quotes, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Provide technical support to internal and external customers and departments.
Accurately identify parts for customer RFQs, using records and engineering drawings.
Create quotes and costings.
Investigate and troubleshoot on RFQ’s and enquiries

Technical Support EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Well versed in carrying out a similar technical support role
Strong understanding of mechanical/electro-mechanical systems
Ability to read engineering drawings and BOM’s
Experience of costings and creating quotes
