About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join a dynamic finance team. This role offers the chance to work closely with the Accounts Payable Manager, coordinating and maintaining the team's workload, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of invoices and payments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, leadership abilities, a thorough understanding of accounts payable processes, and reliability. What You'll Do

  • Lead and supervise the purchase ledger team's daily operations.
  • Review invoices and payment runs for accuracy and compliance.
  • Resolve complex issues with invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and assist with audits.
  • Collaborate with finance, procurement, and operations to streamline processes.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
