We are currently recruiting for a talented and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 (KS2) Primary Teacher to join a friendly and supportive school in Stockport. Whether you're an experienced teacher or a Early Careers Teacher , we would love to hear from you!
About the Role:
- Working with Key Stage 2 students (Years 3–6)
- Supportive environment with excellent resources
- Focus on delivering a high standard of education, fostering student engagement and well-being
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages students to achieve their best
- Support students with diverse learning needs and ensure that each child’s potential is maximised
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to parents and carers
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to school development
We are looking for candidates who:
- Hold a valid teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2, or are a newly qualified teacher (ECTs are welcome)
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and an ability to engage pupils of all abilities
- Are passionate about making a positive impact on children’s education and well-being
- Show a commitment to professional development and continuous improvement
