Job Purpose
  • Welcome and greet clients with a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post, ensuring timely processing
  • Maintain and update the company’s database, including client project setups
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and internal operations
  • Support marketing activities, including research, mailshots, and event planning
  • Assist with client onboarding and ongoing communications
  • Oversee facilities maintenance and ensure client areas are always presentable
  • Perform various ad-hoc tasks as needed to keep the office running smoothly

Candidate Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in an office management or similar administrative role
