Bennett and Game currently have the pleasure of representing an award winning, multi-disciplinary practice based in Stockport, assisting with their search for an experienced HR Administrator to join them on a part time basis. This role would be based on 3 day working week, with the benefits of a competitive salary ranging up to £35,000, flexible working hours, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays and annual pay reviews.

Since establishing over 20 years ago, our client has developed a tight knit team of around 30 employees, built up from a variety of talented Architects, Designers, Surveyors and Engineers. The successful HR Administrator will support with recruitment, the onboard processes, employee training and employee relations.

HR Administrator Job Requirements
  • A 3-day working week based in Stockport, with opportunity of hybrid working
  • Excellent time management & communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proven HR generalist experience, talent acquisition/recruitment drives
  • Organisational skills managing administration, systems and workload effectively.
  • Confident, positive, flexible and approachable
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law
