Job Title: Payroll Administrator (Temp to Perm)

Search Consultancy are recruiting for a well known organisation and are seeking a dedicated Payroll Administrator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. If you are looking for a role where you can make a significant impact and grow with the company, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Input data onto the payroll system and process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Handle payroll queries
- Prepare timeshseets and calculate payments
- Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager.
- Assist with the implementation of new payroll systems and processes.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in payroll administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive, friendly and positive attitude.
