Job Title: Payroll Administrator (Temp to Perm)

Location: Stockport, United Kingdom

Search Consultancy are recruiting for a well known organisation and are seeking a dedicated Payroll Administrator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. If you are looking for a role where you can make a significant impact and grow with the company, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input data onto the payroll system and process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Handle payroll queries
  • Prepare timeshseets and calculate payments
  • Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager.
  • Assist with the implementation of new payroll systems and processes.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in payroll administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive, friendly and positive attitude.
