Paraplanning Manager - Stockport - Permanent - Up to £60,000 DOE

Our client is a well-established provider in their field who have become a trusted name to their clients. They are currently looking for an experienced Para Planning Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is full time and will see you working Monday - Friday 9-5pm.

Duties include:

- Supporting the team of Paraplanners in preparing accurate financial plans and suitability reports

- Supporting Paraplanners in research and analysis to meet client needs and objectives

- Have a full understanding of Holistic Financial Planning

- Developing and maintaining internal relationships with Various areas of the business to meet agreed targets

- Managing team workflow and delivery against set standards

- Ensuring that any business conducted is done in a responsible and complaint manner, meeting all legislative requirements, both internally and externally

- Provide technical guidance to the Client Relationship Team, assisting with product specific, technical and compliance-based queries. Working with CRT and manager to ensure advice is implemented accurately and compliantly.

- Working closely with the Director of Operations and the board on the team workload position resource needs and improvement in design.

The ideal candidate will have worked within a Paraplanning role previously, experience within a management role although this is not essential, and have gained at least Level 4 CII Diploma in Financial Planning.
