A Senior Procurement Business Partner is needed for a strategic role focused on procurement and supply chain in the not for profit. The successful candidate will be a key player in asset management and supplier management. This includes the full end to end supplier management and contract management across a large complex organisation . You would have experience at a senior level ideally Senior Procurement Manager or Head of Procurement.

Description

As a Senior Procurement Manager you will act as a Procurement Business partner across end to end procurement including contract management.

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for the organisation.
  • Manage end to end procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Oversee asset management across the organisation.
  • Lead supplier management initiatives to ensure quality and value for money.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to meet procurement needs.
  • Manage risks associated with procurement and supply chain.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in procurement and supply chain processes.

Profile

A successful Senior Procurement Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management across ideally within FM, MRO, or Asset Management .
  • Expertise in contract management and negotiation.
  • Strong knowledge of asset management ideally.
  • You must have worked in the Public Sector, Housing or Not for Profit as well as some private sector experience would be beneficial. You must understand new public sector regulations.
  • You will need to be strategic, commercially minded and strong at managing stakeholders. As well as this you must have worked at a procurement managers level (end to end) , but also be able to manager contracts value of up to 50mil.
