An ARLA qualification or progress towards it is preferred, along with excellent communication and multitasking skills.
The position offers uncapped OTE, 30 days of holiday, and a modern office environment, among other benefits.
Candidates should ideally have at least 2-3 years of experience in property management.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience in a full 360 Property Manager role
Experience of serving S21, S8, S13, S47/48
ARLA qualification, or working towards
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
