Integro are looking for mature and confident people who come with the right blend of sales drive and a ‘can do attitude’ but also that passion for great customer service. Being a “Delivery-focused” Recruitment Consultant means you’ll be candidate focused and act more as a Senior Candidate Resourcer, but you will also be responsible for fluid candidate delivery to live jobs, managing client relationships and dealing with interview booking, sending suitable CV’s and managing both client and candidate feedback to maximise results for Integro and our clients. What we are looking for?

Self-Driven Recruitment professionals who enjoy working in a flexible environment

Experience in a 360 Consultant role is ideal, although we do have a focus on delivery
