We are a well established and successful Telecommunications provider who are looking for a Business Account Manager to join our Stockport team to help retain and grow out client base. We offer a wide range of solutions and products, with a predominant focus on UCAAS, CCAAS and IOT to SME’s.

Account Manager / Business Development 70/30 split of Account Management and New Business

Commutable distance to Stockport

£40,000 depending on experience  + Uncapped OTE.

Monday – Friday

25 Days Holiday + Banks and Birthday Off

Car allowance £4800.

As a business account manager, you will be responsible for:

Managing our existing portfolio of accounts (around 150) focusing on upselling, cross selling and retention.

Identifying new business opportunities (bringing on board new customers and finding new business in existing accounts)

Working towards monthly sales targets

Organising appointments and managing your pipeline for new and existing customers.

Selling the full range of services to customers accordingly.

Carrying out End User demonstrations.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Experience in confidently selling Cloud Based Services and Solutions, Mobile Telephony and IT Services
  • Confident in generating and calling out new business clients at senior levels.
  • Experience in upselling, cross selling, and retaining accounts within the Telecoms industry.
  • Good knowledge in the products and services we offer and solution selling
  • Self motivated with a desire to succeed
