JA1409 – Accounts Executive
Location – Stockport, Manchester
Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract - 40 hours per week.
Salary – From £12.30/hour DOE

Overview:

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Executive to join our client's busy car business. The successful candidate will spend their first 2 days in the business, attending our client’s fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you’ll learn all about their business before you start your new role.

Job Purpose:

 To drive the standard in customer care and build effective and profitable customers with new and existing customers. You’ll be responsible for processing vehicle orders throughout the Company Business Centre and you’ll support all members of the team in achieving their business objectives. You’ll demonstrate the Company’s Purpose, Principles, and Ambition (PPA) in all dealings with colleagues, customer and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Give customers a positive impression of yourself and the Company, creating a positive customer experience.
  • Anticipate and identify customer needs and do everything to meet and exceed them by building relationships and taking responsibility for resolving customer problems.
  • Work with customers to the highest ethical and professional standards to build long –term profitable relationships.
  • Deal honestly and openly with customers, identifying and addressing customer concerns, providing effective solutions.
  • Take a proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer concerns, providing effective solutions.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and communicate this appropriately
  • Work within a well-defined procedure, but also look for opportunities to change and innovate for the benefits of the business and its customers.

Skills & Experience:

Essential

  • Use Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Evidence of ‘Right to Work in the UK’
  • Full driving license held for a minimum of 6
  • months with fewer points than 9 penalty points.

Desirable

  • Experience working in a diverse customer based.
  • Evidence of relevant previous experience.
