Residential Support Workers (Children's homes)

Cheadle Hulme, near Manchester Airport, SK8, Cheshire

We are recruiting talented and caring Residential Support Workers for our small setting of 4 bed homes for our children's home and our short breaks home for children (age range 3-18 years old) at our site in Cheadle Hulme.

Experience in a care setting is preferred but may not be required, and if you share our values, and want to make a real difference, then we would like to hear from you!

These roles will involve providing night time care and support for our children including personal care needs, mobility, daily routine support, communication and independent living skills.

Some challenging behaviours may present, so candidates should be comfortable working in this type of environment

GCSE English and Maths (grade A-C) or level 2 literacy and numeracy is a requirement for these positions - QCF Level 3 Diploma in Children's & Young People's Workforce/Residential Childcare is also required

7.30am - 3pm / 3pm - 10.30pm
