Hours: 32 hours per week
We are recruiting two Residential Support Workers to join our clients already established team in Stockport, providing care and support for children/young people (ages 8-17) with complex needs, challenging behaviours, or learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Shift work in a residential care home, supporting long-term care and transitions to semi-independent living
* Ensuring health and safety standards and compliance with regulations
* Participating in care planning, risk assessments, and staff meetings
Requirements:
* Experience working with children/young people in residential care
* Level 3 Diploma in "Children and Young People's Workforce" (preferred)
* Full driving license (beneficial)
* Knowledge of County Lines, CSE and Complex Trauma
* Team Teach training preferred but not essential as training will be given
