Qualified Social Worker, Front Door TeamPay rate £30 per hour Contract roleVitalis are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work within a Front Door Team in Stockport.A temporary post has arisen for an experienced Social WorkerA 3 months contract is available to work alongside the Front Door Team and the Urgent Community Response Team.Key responsibilities include:Working alongside Health colleagues to reduce the need for hospital attendanceCompleting visits as and when required, including same day response.
