Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner secondary SEN provisions in Stockport. This well-established specialist setting supports young people with SLD, PMLD, autism, and complex medical needs.

About the SEN Teaching Assistant Role:

  • As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils aged 11-19, helping them access a dynamic curriculum that promotes independence, communication, and essential life skills.

  • Previous experience supporting pupils with additional needs (e.g., SLD, PMLD, autism, or complex medical needs).

  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other team members.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for helping young people reach their potential.
  • Relevant qualifications in SEN, education, or childcare (Level 2/3 preferred but not essential).
