One of the UK's leading motor trade insurance brokers is seeking energetic telephone sales support executive / lead generators to join their lively and welcoming team based in their Hazel Grove/Stockport office on a full-time basis.
A well-established business experiencing continual growth is looking to recruit talented communicators to continue their ambitious drive forward.

Working Hours are Monday-Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm.
About The Role
Sales agents are the first point of telephone contact with a potential national customer base of motor trade businesses, ranging from car sales to mechanical service and repair garages.
The ideal candidate will have a strong, focused work ethic and an ability to communicate well and build rapport whilst taking detailed, accurate information regarding customer's individual insurance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calling potential customers in response to their insurance enquiry
- Completing an accurate fact-find of information to present to underwriters
- Ensuring presentation information is clear, transparent and includes key details
- Representing a market leader by taking a professional, confident, compliant and knowledgeable approach
- Ensuring all leads are called in a timely and organised manner
- Communicating effectively with other team members to drive new business sales
Required Skills:
- A proven track record in a telephone-based role/sales environment
- Excellent verbal & written communication, an active listener with a natural ability to build rapport
- A positive self-starter with motivation to succeed and drive sales
- A highly organised, tenacious, reliable, ethical professional with strong time management
- A team player with the ability to work independently and make a positive contribution to a fast-paced business
