An opportunity is available for an Electrical Technician to join a multi-disciplined team focused on responding to breakdowns and completing planned maintenance.
The role requires reporting to the Team Leader Engineering and involves both planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and operation of plant and equipment, along with a recognized engineering apprenticeship (preferably HNC or minimum ONC level).
The position offers a 12-hour day shift pattern and involves self-organizing work, developing maintenance practices, and keeping records of completed tasks.

The Role:

Report to the Team Leader Engineering on all matters regarding the maintenance and operation of all plant and equipment.
Carry out planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
Self organise and prioritise work.
Developmaintenance practices and procedures.
Pick up work, book out spares and keep records of work carried out.
Deputise for Team Leader
Undertake on the job training

Requirements:

A recognised engineering apprenticeship (Preferably HNC but minimum ONC level or equivalent).
Experience of hydraulic systems, pumps, drives and gearboxes, heavy machinery, robotics and plc's, AC & DC circuits.
