We are looking for a motivated Finance Assistant to join a dynamic Finance team, based at our client's modern open-plan office. This is a permanent role with excellent development opportunities, offering a chance to expand your skills and gain exposure to all aspects of finance.

You'll be working for a company that's not just successful but renowned for excellence. This is your chance to be part of a team where high standards and achievement go hand in hand.

In this exciting and varied role, you will take ownership of processing day-to-day transactions, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will also include raising disbursement bills, giving you the chance to manage key aspects of financial workflows. You'll be at the heart of the operation, providing vital support to different departments within the organisation, and ensuring that financial processes align perfectly across the board.

You'll have the opportunity to take charge of checking and processing completion packs, ensuring accuracy and precision every step of the way. As part of your role, you will also perform client-related reconciliations, playing a crucial role in maintaining financial clarity and transparency.

This role is designed for someone who loves variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment-each day will bring new challenges, making it an exciting opportunity for growth and development!

You'll need access to your own transport, as there will be some occasional travel to other sites-but that adds variety to your role. You won't just be sat behind a desk every day and you'll have the chance to get involved with different teams across the business.

Work-life balance? They get it. Flexibility and support are important here, so you'll be able to enjoy the right balance between work and personal life while still being part of a fast-paced, exciting environment. Ideally, this is a full-time position, but we are open to applications from candidates who prefer to work 4 days per week.

In addition, you'll have the flexibility to work from home one day per week, following your probation period, giving you that extra balance to manage your time.

You'll also be well-rewarded for your hard work. A competitive salary package is waiting for you, and this is a company that really values its people, so there's plenty of opportunity for growth and career development.
