This could be the perfect role for you!

An established Wealth Management firm within the Stockton-on-Tees area are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their established team and immediately start supporting other members of the team.
This would be a great opportunity for someone to further develop their skills and use their experience to support others around them, be a point of contact for clients and help with improving processes across the business.

IFA Administrator Duties:

  • Booking in appointments, updating systems and sending client confirmation emails.
  • Attend team update meetings and provide update on admin workloads
  • Maintain Client records on Intelligent Office
  • Chase up clients for information, update Advisers & Line Manager with findings
  • Diary Management
  • Client communication (telephone and letter/email)
  • Record keeping and maintaining client files
  • Preparation of client files for review meetings, together with all subsequent post-review work.
  • Writing, proof reading and sending out reports
  • Issue meeting packs including Valuations, Fee Reports, FE Reports, Disinvestment Letters, Client Documents
  • Service Clients throughout the year
  • Undertaking meeting work including attending said meetings

IFA AdministratorRequirements:

  • Preference would be experience using Intelligent Office
  • Experience of working with SIPPs, General Pensions, Drawdowns and Bonds/Trusts.
  • Some or all diploma exams completed is beneficial and will result in a higher salary
