You will be joining the business at a very exciting time as it looks to establish, develop and grow its own internal marketing team. They have previously worked with an external agency, though as the company is now entering a new and groundbreaking stage of its development, they are bringing marketing in-house. The job youll do:

  • To support the marketing manager and product teams in executing the overarching marketing strategy and plan
  • Implementation and management of the content strategy to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and inbound lead generation
  • Manage and optimise the use of HubSpot (at least at Marketing Hub level, ideally at Super Admin level)
  • Maintain and update the company's HubSpot CMS website, ensuring it is up-to-date and in line with brand guidelines
  • Manage the company's social media accounts, creating and publishing content, and engaging with followers
  • Plan and execute internal and external communications, including email campaigns, company announcements, and press releases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing and sales collateral that supports the company's sales and business objectives
  • Ensure that all marketing activities are in line with GDPR regulations
  • Own marketing KPIs, regularly analysing and reporting on performance, and making data-driven recommendations for optimisation
  • Take ownership of brand management, ensuring all marketing activities are aligned with the company's brand identity and values
  • Drive MQL lead generation through various marketinginitiatives and campaign

About you:

  • Ideally you will be degree qualified or diploma level, in a business, marketing or communications related subject.
  • You must have worked in industry, as part of a marketing team.
  • You will be experienced in content creation, social media and HubSpot.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of GDPR regulations and how they apply to marketing activities
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with HubSpot CMS website administration and social media management, specifically LinkedIn, Instagram and Pinterest
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
