We are recruiting a Customer Service Representative for a well-established logistics service provider.

As the main contact for customers, you will manage the order process, handle queries, solve problems, and provide creative transport solutions. This dynamic role involves collaborating with various departments to deliver exceptional customer service and identify upselling opportunities for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders from receipt to invoicing
- Respond to customer queries, address complaints, and solve problems
- Implement new transport lanes and contribute to service improvements
- Provide creative logistics solutions and upsell services
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations and sales
- Perform financial and operational analyses to support continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, ideally in logistics
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communicator with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Proactive approach to customer service with a desire to build long-lasting relationships
- GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent in Maths and English (or relevant degree)
- Ability to adapt quickly to market changes and customer demands
