My client is looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to support their Director, based in Stockton.

Key Responsibilities:

PA to Director:

  • Use Microsoft Excel to assist with various administrative tasks.
  • Manage and maintain the Director’s diary, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Provide daily reminders and scheduling support to ensure effective time management.
  • Book travel arrangements, including flights, holidays, hotels, and personal appointments for the Director.
  • Manage office stock orders and coordinate with external vendors for supplies.
  • Assist with product cleansing and processing refunds.
  • Monitor office security and handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Customer Care & Office Support:

  • Deliver excellent customer service by answering reception calls and managing live chat queries.
  • Professionally handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Process orders, create order confirmations, and manage payments.
  • Liaise with suppliers and respond to customer reviews across various platforms.
  • Maintain and update the company website.
